The Grumpy Grandma is a role in the Village team. It is one of the advanced roles of Mayor.
Role Description[]
The Grumpy Grandma can select a player during the night who cannot talk or vote during the next day after the first night.

The Grumpy Grandma wins with the village, unless if they are converted into other teams by other roles.

Ability Effect[]
- The Grumpy Grandma's inflicted Muted status is done when they select a player during the night. They will not be able to talk nor vote during the following Day Phase, and the status will disappear on the succeeding Night Phase.
- The muted player still has the ability to perform all other quirks of their role. Only their ability to talk and vote as a player is prevented. For example, a muted Shadow Wolf can still activate their ability, Trick Votes, but they cannot vote with other werewolves on a player to lynch during the Voting Phase.
- If the Grumpy Grandma mutes a player and dies or is converted into another role during the night, the selected player will still be muted.
- The Grumpy Grandma cannot mute anyone during the first night, likely implemented to prevent random muting.
Trivia[]
- The Grumpy Grandma was introduced on beta version 0.12.0 Update. It was removed in later updates and was not able to be play as, but then was reintroduced again often appearing only as a Random Regular Villager. It became one of the advanced roles of Mayor during Update Role Cards.
- The Grumpy Grandma also appears in Wolvesville Classic.[1]
- The Grumpy Grandma's ability, Mute, works similarly with one of the abilities of Voodoo Werewolf, having the same name.
